Compliance

Export Compliance

Navifort products are designed for lawful civil and commercial applications. This page explains, in short, how we handle export-compliance review.

Some Navifort products may be subject to PRC export-control regulations. Depending on the product, destination and application, customers may be asked to provide end-user, end-use or project information for compliance review. Navifort reserves the right to decline supply where compliance requirements cannot be satisfied.

How we review inquiries

Navifort is a brand operated by RedSun (HK) Group Limited. When you contact us we ask a few basic questions — the industry or application, the destination country or region, and whether the project is government or defense related. This light-touch screening is usually all that is needed to confirm we can support your project and to prepare a useful technical response.

Documentation that may be requested later

For certain products, destinations or quantities, Navifort may request end-user or end-use documentation during quotation or compliance review. Templates are available upon request — we do not ask customers to sign declarations before a project has been discussed.

Questions

If you are unsure how these requirements apply to your project, describe it to us first. Contact judy@navifort.com or use the contact form. Our Civil Use Policy sets out the applications we support.

Tell us about your project

Share the application and destination and we will confirm what we can supply, and what documentation — if any — is needed for your case.
